They are specially prepared with quality ingredients on a daily basis. More than six hours of hard work goes the making of the dense and collagen-rich Beauty Collagen Broth which comprises shark’s cartilage as the main ingredient. The Spicy Nourishing Broth with Szechuan chilli oil composes of luxurious Chinese herbs including red dates, wolfberries, ginseng, dang gui and dang shen and has three levels of spiciness to choose from.

A wide variety of ingredients ranging from meat and seafood to vegetables and noodles are available to match the soup bases.

Some of the signature dishes include the Homemade Fish Tofu ($1.80 per piece) which is prepared daily from yellowtail fish, soya bean and egg white for the perfect melt-in-the-mouth texture. Notice how it takes the shape of a fish? Watch it swim into the soup base and absorb all the goodness of the soup.
