The Asian Kitchen 亚洲小厨 launches new roast menu items in the CBD

Craving for some juicy, succulent Asian roast meats for lunch? The Asian Kitchen in Republic Plaza, Raffles Place, presents more than eight new roast specialties, infused in secret marinades to ensure that every bite of duck and chicken is savoury and tender.

New menu offerings are the Signature Trio Platter of roast chicken, roast duck and soya chicken ($28.50++), Yuan Yang Platter comprising roast and soya chicken ($14.80++) and the Roast Twin Platter of roast chicken and roast duck ($18.80++). The platters are good for two to three pax to share. Duck lovers looking for new flavours can try the Herbal Roast Duck, which is fragrant from the selection of herbs that it has been marinated in for hours. The Ma La Roast Duck drives a spicy kick to the palate with its crunchy in-house Ma La sauce while the Plum Sauce Roast Duck pairs the piquant taste 2 of plum with freshly baked roast duck. All roasts come in three sizes – by plate, half a duck or whole duck.

Those who enjoy The Asian Kitchen fried rice favourites will be pleased with combinations such as the Roast Duck Fried Rice ($12.80++), Ma La Roast Chicken Fried Rice ($12.80++) and Soya Chicken Fried Rice ($11.80++). Busy office workers in the area can also order a take-away Bento set comprising roast chicken, fried rice, 2 side dishes (Dan Dan Tofu, Spring Roll and Vegetables) at only $13.90+.

The Asian Kitchen at Republic Plaza seats 120 of diners and is open from Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 8:45 pm.
